For an international chain hotel, it was shocking that the front desk staff handling check-in could not speak English at all — truly none. Even the most basic numbers had to be shown by typing them into a calculator. The check-in process was extremely slow, and the staff member left us waiting aside while attending to some unrelated matters, only returning to process our check-in after finishing whatever they were doing.

Basic and simple living for one night or two. Room is spacious and clean, the only down side is that there are no fresh air coming from outside since you can’t open the window in the room. Breakfast area is a kind of small and could be packed and difficult to find a table at peak hours. Otherwise it’s OK.
